Legal Contract: LegalZoom NBA Grant

This legal contract (« Contract ») is entered into as of the date of acceptance (« Effective Date ») by and between LegalZoom, a company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, with its principal place of business located at [LegalZoom`s Address] (« LegalZoom »), and the National Basketball Association (« NBA »).

WHEREAS, LegalZoom desires to provide financial support to the NBA for the purpose of promoting youth basketball programs; and
